- 1999 Andy Thornton & Sarah Paxton named 1998 Distinguished Retailers of the Year by the Retail Merchants Association.
- 1999 Andy Thornton & Sarah Paxton win the Chamber's Small Business People of the Year Award (now called the Impact award).
- Jan 2005 - LaDiff wins the 16th Annual ARTS award for best accessory furniture store retailer, East/Atlantic region (from the Accessories Resource Team division of the Dallas Market Center)
- Jan 2009 - LaDiff wins the BDI award for exceptional performance in 2008. This is our 4th year in a row winning this honor.
- July 2009 - LaDiff wins Richmond Magazine's Best Furniture Showroom and Best Modern Furniture Awards. This is the 10th year in which LaDIFF has won in the categories they were nominated for!
- July 2010 - LaDiff wins Richmond Magazine's Most Intruiging Contemporary/Modern Furniture & Finds, Most Exotic Furniture & Accessory Finds, and Most Inspiring Furniture Store.
