- 1999 Andy Thornton & Sarah Paxton named 1998 Distinguished Retailers of the Year by the Retail Merchants Association.
- 1999 Andy Thornton & Sarah Paxton win the Chamber's Small Business People of the Year Award (now called the Impact award).
- Jan 2005 - LaDiff wins the 16th Annual ARTS award for best accessory furniture store retailer, East/Atlantic region (from the Accessories Resource Team division of the Dallas Market Center)
- July 2009 - Readers of Richmond Magazine name LaDiff Richmond's Best Furniture Showroom and Best Modern Furniture store. This is the 10th year in which LaDIFF has won in these or similar categories.
- July 2010 - Readers of R.Home name LaDiff Richmond's Most Intriguing Contemporary/Modern Furniture & Finds, Most Exotic Furniture & Accessory Finds, and Most Inspiring Furniture Store.
- Jan 2011 - LaDiff wins the BDI award for exceptional performance in 2010. This is our 6th year in a row winning this honor.
- April 2011 - Readers of Style Weekly name LaDiff Richmond's Best Home Decor store and Best Furniture Store.
- July 2011 - Readers of R.Home name LaDiff Richmond's Favorite Modern Furniture Store and Favorite Exotic Furniture Store.
