The elegant and innovative Bourgie lamp revisits the classic baroque table lamp in a very modern way. Bourgie's revolutionary feature is that it is made entirely of transparent or batch-dyed polycarbonate. One the one hand, it is classical, rich and traditional, and on the other, it is innovative, transparent and ironic. Bourgie proves that plastic can be both highly functional and extraordinarily beautiful.

• The baroque style base is composed of three decorated layers that interconnect, and the large lampshade is made with a plisse' effect, to create a myriad play of reflections once the lamp is turned on.
• A special coupling system on the lampshade allows it to be assembled at three different heights: 27, 29 and 31 inches, and changed over time if you wish.
• The fluted shade diffuses light from three up-to-40-watt E12 type B bulbs, not included.
• Developed from the imagination of esteemed Kartell lighting designer Ferruccio Lavini, Bourgie is available in translucent crystal, rich matte black, modern chrome-plating and opulent gold-plating.
