Assembly & Delivery

Assembly:
Some of the items we carry at LaDIFF come to us flat packed and ready to assemble. This saves a tremendous amount on freight costs which we pass on to you for the lowest possible prices. Assembly is normally simple and instructions are easy to follow, have plenty of pictures and even come with any unique tools you might need such as an Allen Key. You will have to have a few of the basics such as screwdrivers and few other simple tools. If you choose to avoid the assembly, let us do it for you. The charge for our professional assembly service is 10% of the price of the item. If you have questions about a particular item, just ask.

Delivery:
We pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our delivery services. Wherever possible we prefer to deliver on our own trucks using our delivery teams. They will bring your purchase into your home and place them into the room of your choice, set up the furniture and remove all packing materials. The charges for delivery in the State of Virginia vary according to the delivery area. Other shipping/delivery options include Fed Ex or common carrier. Our logistics team will determine the best way to get your furniture to you safely and cost effectively. Our professional shipping department will ensure that merchandise is checked before shipping and is carefully packed to minimize any risk of damage during the shipping process.

For deliveries outside of Virginia, applicable sales tax may apply or you may be responsible for paying your own state's sales tax.
