• The Hosta bedroom has a bit of a Shaker feel to it, but is made from one of the most modern, sustainable resources available…bamboo.
• The Collection consists of Queen and King beds, 1 drawer nightstand, a 6 drawer tall chest and a 6 drawer double dresser. The case fronts feature an exposed dovetail detail and offer full extension drawer glides. The bed features a spilt panel, inset headboard and footboard and is made in a platform style for use with a mattress only.
• Carmelized Bamboo is stocked in the US warehouse, while Natural bamboo is considered a special order at a much longer lead time. Measurements for each piece may be viewed on the PDF attached. Please see drop down menu for specific pricing.
• Hosta is made by laminating square edge bamboo slats. The species of bamboo used combined with the laminating process creates a material that is typically 20% stronger than oak.
• Bamboo is a fast growing grass that reaches maturity in less than 5 years. It is harvested from fully sustainable forests. This environmentally friendly, quickly renewable resource makes it a great option for furniture.
