The Stratos ceiling fan, designed in 1986 by Ron Rezek is the first truly modern ceiling fan.
- This innovative fan features a column-like support in place of the typical down rod used on other fans, lending a sense of attachment to the architectural space. A 75 watt halogen light kit is also available to provide soft ambient lighting.
- Stratos may be ordered in gloss white or brushed aluminum. Fan blades are made of light plywood construction and are available in 42” or 52” diameter to suit specific room sizes. Blades may be ordered in white or aluminum painted finish as well as maple veneer.
- The Stratos fan ships standard in a 17” configuration for the most typical ceiling heights, but additional support heights and slope adaptor may be ordered for a custom fit in any room.
- Modern Fan offers a variety of control options for your fan from simple wall mounts to convenient handheld models. Please speak with a sales associate to find the control that best works for you.
- This fan is UL® listed as suitable for damp locations (i.e. may be used on partially protected, roofed open porches.) An Energy Star rating is applicable for fan only (no light) with a #001 Fan Speed only control.
